CONT. "I cannot give you out this medicine I want the original paper" .. so phone the vet .. "they don't have it here but they can send it" ( so we can't go and pick it up ) so another round of phone calls "to be sure the pharmacy can receive it" 15 mins held on the phone "sorry they have to send a paper thing via post as they pharmacy said WILL NOT accept an email from us" ( they normally would have emailed it ) .. so if we are super lucky we can pick it up tomorrow, if not Victoria will CONT

CONT. have to wait until Monday. The fact we chosen "the pharmacy option" is because we are talking a difference between some hundred quids PER BOX at the vet VS some 30 quids at the pharmacy so you can see why. I suppose "we have to thanks" THOSE PEOPLE that during Covid started to buy VETERINARIAN medicine and use them on themselves ! At the point out farm store has a SERIOUS sign saying "when ordering medicines for your horse we NEED a picture of YOU AND THE HORSE" or they can't give you out.
