@gilesgoat Oh FFS I hate that nowhere on any documentation does it ever say ‘to use this at you will need the original not a copy’ .. these people should all know by now how it works and really what would it take to put a little instruction note on these forms? So annoying that nobody wants to help anybody with things like this.

@psychicparrot42 If we want to go "super ballistic" AT LEAST in Italy there's PEC ( Posta Elettronica Certificata ) i.e. "Electronic Certified Email" , I too have an account for reasons I will explain another time, with that ANYTHING sent with it - in Italy - has 100% LEGAL VALUE and it's binding ( and theorectically cannot be tampered ) .. I can't see why in 2026 "with all the tech" we still are into crap like this ..
