Previously, there was a brief suspension of the contract due to Lime failing to pick-up their trash that had been dumped inconsiderately in bad locations by customers, and because Lime got caught saturating the city with more hire vehicles than the contract permitted. And, it's been suspected by some people that Lime had also been dumping e-bikes: trucking them into suburbs and treating public footpaths as their own depot. This final cancellation of the Lime contract means several inner city suburbs of Melbourne will finally be rid of the problem of shitty people with shitty cycling skills and shitty attitudes to safety, who were riding shitty rental e-bikes and scooters, and making shitty decisions about where to dump them. #Melbourne #Yarra #Lime #EBikes #Greenwashing
