In this current reality of so much disinformation and noise it's really hard to understand exactly what is going on and what is true. This was a useful update. The numbers are staggering, "The Russian military has suffered 1.4 million battelfield casualties and as many as 450,000 deaths since it's February 2022 full-scale invasion".
