The Last Rose of Summer is a true story about corruption in #cancer research. I discovered a cheap, plant-derived drug that could replace some much more toxic (but more lucrative) therapies. #BigPharma got involved and suppressed the research. Eventually I had to publish the story in thinly veiled fiction and survive a bunch of murder attempts. "Mary Austin" is a pseudonym, as my publisher forced me to use one. So... hi, I'm "Mary." 🤷♀️

Most of the USA is having fine weather for our anti-ICE and #RiseUpSingOut events tomorrow.
The #WashingtonDC area is the only part of the country with severe weather advisories. According to Aaron Parnas there's even a chance of tornadoes in DC, which are rare in that area.
This follows DC, NYC, and Orlando all getting Pride rainbows in the sky yesterday.

Tomorrow is #RiseUpSingOut in the USA. It's not exactly like No Kings, in that it won't be all the groups marching together. At first I was disappointed hearing that, but I understand what they're doing to screw with Trump's head.
Everything to him is ratings. Artists have pulled out of his stupid show, fighters don't want to fight in his stupid ring. It's supposed to be stormy in DC tomorrow, too.
The resistance has A listers doing a concert as counter-programming.
