@GreenFire@mstdn.social I’ll add: In USA gas was dirt cheap yesterday, & has been since the supply pinch of the post-Covid recovery. That will change very soon. But with recent cheap gas, there are killer deals out there now on lightly used EVs. It’s a great time to make the switch & stop funding the #OilyBoys. Especially if one can charge at home. My EV fuel costs <2 cents per mile when I home charge off-peak (which is 95 percent of the time). #EV #EVs #OilWar #GasPrices #NoMoreOilWars

...and I do think those on the R side of the aisle would make EV ownership taxes punitive. They subsidize #OilyBoys, #BigOil, #truck_pickup & #SUV culture

@GGMcBG@mstdn.plus @FluentInFinance@mastodon.social Something tells me that neither those vehicles, nor their drivers, were the root of the problem. The problem was the CEOs of the companies that made those vehicles, and the #OilyBoys who worked so hard to make and keep America car centric
