Thousands of workers in #Baltimore with the #GreatUpheaval/#GreatRailroadStrike clashed with #NationalGuard on #ThisDayInHistory in 1877. Federal troops reinforced them and opened fire, killing up to 22 #WorkingClass Americans and injuring 150+. This is the price of #capitalism.

This task force is a white nationalist death squad posing as law enforcement. They keep killing black men, some without any criminal history, and then claiming their victims were reaching for guns. The task force includes members of the national guard. The evidence and witnesses don't validate the stories we're being told. News out of Memphis today indicates that Trump's unwanted surge of National Guard troops into Black neighborhoods has claimed another life. Over night American Soldiers, not civilian police, shot and killed a man who was running away. Memphis' crime rate was falling and no one wanted the National Guard into except Trump's MAGA clowns. The soldiers who killed Tyrin Johnson have not been named. No word on bodycam or other oversight tools in use. #Memphis #NationalGuard #TyrinJohnson

Whiskey Pete Hegseth has shut down Malcolm X Park in #WashingtonDC for a press conference extolling the "Keep DC Safe and Beautiful" program, i.e. trashing our monuments and using our #NationalGuard to occupy the city. This video shows how many troops he wanted to protect him from the throngs of peaceful protesters. It was shot by one of the protesters so doesn't show the crowd size, just the troops. We were terribly disturbed and stunned to learn 3 Democratic governors sent fresh troops to DC. Michigan and Minnesota are 2 of the 3. If you live or have ties to either state we are asking you to email your governors and ask them to withdraw their troops from DC. I won't be on line for a week or so but go to freedcproject.org/guard.
