HONG KONG (CINA) (XINHUA/ITALPRESS) – La regione amministrativa speciale di Hong Kong (HKSAR) ha presentato oggi il suo primo piano quinquennale per lo sviluppo economico e sociale (2026-2030).
Questo primo piano contribuirà a costruire una Hong Kong più aperta, inclusiva, liberale, prospera e sicura, ha dichiarato oggi John Lee, capo dell'esecutivo della HKSAR.
Presentando il documento programmatico, Lee ha affermato che il periodo 2026-2030 rappresenta un quinquennio cruciale per la regione, chiamata a cogliere l'opportunità di accelerare la transizione dalla stabilità alla prosperità, migliorare il benessere sociale e creare una dimora migliore per tutti.
Il documento indicherà le direttrici dello sviluppo, ottimizzerà l'allocazione delle risorse, stabilizzerà le aspettative sociali e tutelerà meglio il benessere della popolazione e gli interessi degli investitori globali, ha spiegato Lee.

Hong Kong presents its first five-year socio-economic development plan.
HONG KONG (CHINA) (XINHUA/ITALPRESS) – The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) today unveiled its first five-year development plan for economic and social development (2026-2030).
This initial plan will contribute to building a more open, inclusive, liberal, prosperous, and safe Hong Kong, stated John Lee, Chief Executive of the HKSAR, today.
Presenting the policy document, Lee said that the 2026-2030 period represents a crucial five-year term for the region, tasked with seizing the opportunity to accelerate the transition from stability to prosperity, improve social well-being, and create a better home for all.
The document will outline development directions, optimize resource allocation, stabilize social expectations, and better protect the well-being of the population and the interests of global investors, Lee explained.
Recalling that this year marks the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan period of China (2026-2030), Lee stated that the first policy document of its kind represents an important initiative by the HKSAR government to support and strengthen the executive-led system and improve governance effectiveness. The document also highlights the need for strategic planning for Hong Kong, so that it proactively aligns with national development strategies and integrates better into the overall development of the country, contributing to its advancement, added the Chief Executive.
