Bagarre grillina al Senato dopo la decisione della Giunta delle autorizzazioni che ha negato la richiesta della procura di Roma di accesso alle chat dell'ex sottosegretario, Andrea Delmastro. Durante i lavori dell'Aula i senatori M5S hanno occupato i banchi del governo e alzato cartelli con la scritta 'Fuori le chat'. La presidente di turno, la senatrice M5S Mariolina Castellone, ha quindi sospeso la seduta.
I senatori del Movimento 5 stelle si sono messi in piedi tra i banchi del governo, continuando a esibire i cartelloni e urlando "Vergogna, vergogna!" tra le proteste dei colleghi di Fratelli d'Italia, che hanno risposto con "Buffoni". Uno di loro si è avvicinato al capogruppo pentastellato a palazzo Madama Luca Pirondini strappandogli il cartellone, ed è stato subito allontanato nonostante abbiano continuato a 'litigare'. La presidente ha invitato i senatori a lasciare i banchi del governo e sospeso la seduta invitando i commessi a intervenire.
"Avremo occasione in un'apposita riunione dei capigruppo di commentare questo evento che, per carità, fa parte delle dinamiche parlamentari, non le migliori. Ma ne abbiamo viste, vero presidente Casini? Di peggio, hai ragione", ha detto il presidente del Senato, Ignazio La Russa, alla ripresa momentanea dei lavori. "La ripetizione, però, non migliora il giudizio. Quindi, poiché un gruppo mi ha chiesto il tempo necessario a una breve riunione, sospendo La seduta che riprenderà fra 10 minuti con immediate votazioni senza altri interventi".

During the session, Five Star (M5S) senators occupied the government benches and held up signs reading “Get Out of the Chats.” The presiding officer, M5S Senator Mariolina Castellone, then suspended the proceedings.
The Five Star senators stood among the government benches, continuing to display posters and shouting “Shame, shame!” amid protests from colleagues of Brothers of Italy, who responded with “Clowns.” One of them approached the Five Star group leader at Palazzo Madama, Luca Pirondini, tore his poster away, and was immediately removed despite their continued “bickering.” The presiding officer called on the senators to leave the government benches and suspended the session, inviting security personnel to intervene.
“We will have an opportunity to comment on this event in a special meeting of parliamentary group leaders, which, frankly, is part of parliamentary dynamics – not the best ones. But we’ve seen worse, haven’t you, President Casini? You are right,” said Senate President Ignazio La Russa upon the temporary resumption of proceedings. “However, repetition does not improve the judgment. Therefore, since a group requested time for a brief meeting, I suspend the session which will resume in 10 minutes with immediate votes without further intervention.”
