Hooray NEA funding and public engagement- I will choose my one lucky drawing from this box or website will be chosen to be be made in new colors of neon. In this way we can collaborate and have both co own the outcome. The acrylic box is made from scraps of acrylic that were once used in a Manhattan ad campaign and were slated for the trash. [Decentralized, federated platform for dog owners] I haven’t been able to get this idea out of my head for a while now. 😩😁 Why are there centralized platforms for dog owners—but no open, decentralized alternative? 🤔 What if clubs, animal shelters, dog training schools, or local communities could run their own instances while still being interconnected, based on ActivityPub, similar to the Fediverse? 😃 Possible features could include: 🐶 Dog profiles 🚶 Walks & meetups 📍 Dog parks & local spots ⚠️ Poisoned bait and hazard alerts 🔎 Missing & found dogs The focus would be on data sovereignty, local communities, and open standards instead of a centralized platform. 😉 Attached is a preliminary concept diagram to make the idea more tangible. Precisamos una muestra onda museo antropológico con su muestra eterna de oficios en desuso pero de habilidades tecnológicas en desuso. Habilidades olvidadas como el rippeo de cds, la compresión de archivos, la división de archivos en partes y su posterior unión, jaja Anteriores como rebobinar cassettes con lapiceras bic. Usar un fax. Más viajas como discar (esta no llegué a adquirirla) cuando discar en serio era usar un disco y no solo sinónimo de marcar apretando botones. #idea #museo #tecnologia

In #life #true #aspiration in #raw #thoughts are just #playing the #role of unspoken #anchors towards #wisdom that came your way. An #idea you did not ignore is a #blessing you let somebody else #embrace from within. There is no such thing as #peace through #strength because to be strong in #focus is all that is needed to be at peace with that very #ideal as such.

#HotTake I support #inshitification as an #idea not an #ideal and here is why. My primary reason for doing so, is that it led us to now, to build it better. By being exposed to something we couldn't, this becomes a preventable, #buyerBeware situation that gains rapid traction for a large group of people, with this as a micro culture in common.
