According to the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, on 13 July, near the village of Yalta in the Donetsk region, Russian forces captured a Ukrainian POW. After interrogating him, one of the soldiers ordered his execution, and another carried out the order by shooting him. Extrajudicial executions are prohibited under the #GenevaConventions. I don't think the UK media have made nearly enough noise about the US Navy sinking an *unarmed* Iranian warship and then, in clear violation of the Geneva Conventions, leaving them to drown.
