i keep saying this, but it might become more of a reality with #FateRPG: my wife might be joining us for #TTRPG here tonight. it might be a matter of getting me to shut up, but i do hope she enjoys herself. my kids and i are building a humorous world. there's some serious elements, but nothing too serious. we want an escape, not the hellscape that is the US gov't right now.

Had to end the Fate of Cthulhu campaign I was running early, today. Which sucks and is damaging to my confidence, but ultimately for the best since people were not having fun with it. Need to work on my improv skills, and as much as I love the game Fate combat always seems to devolve into a bit of a slog? I feel like that ought not to be so and yet yet it appears to be. On the bright side, now I have more time over the next couple of months to work on the next campaign, once the group's main game wraps up. That one is going to be Jenna Moran's Glitch RPG, though, which is daunting after the failure of this one. #FateOfCthulhu, #FateRPG, #GlitchRPG
