The ableism and survivorship bias in comments on yet another abled white male urbanist video saying that we don't need two stairways for a building and that having two stairways is the "big impediment" to building more affordable housing... Amazing how developers get abled white urbanist men to do their work for them. "We drove without seat belts and I'M okay.
