August has been extremely difficult, and this week coming I desperately need to get some meds and groceries, and have a medical appointment I need to get a taxi/Uber to and from as I don't have a car or anyone to take me, it's too far to walk, and I can't sit on public transport for long due to my disabilities and recent other health diagnoses.
