So, here the fuck I am , back at it again in an #AWS environment and my #devops challenge today is: Instance Scheduler because our dev teams stand up resource shit and then forget about it, and the cost variable goes up to more than 200k a year in total fucking waste. Has anyone seen this? if you have how did you deal with it? Because right now, Instance scheduler, #Karpenter, and #ASG are the only real way I see to deal with this bullshit. #cloudops #comments

So my engineer (who is my problem child), admitted today that he can only work in #azure environments, and refuses to work in #aws and #gcp environments. Because he doesnt understand them, how they work, or how to build stuff in them. Despite his constant use of #claude to build #IaC #terragrunt. So console and env awareness shouldnt matter right? #Devops #Cloudops #Revops #FinOps #WhatTheFuckEverOps As everyone can guess (I am the at the bottom of the list in the pic).

Today's #Depression is not as bad. I am not entirely sure why, maybe I slept decent (Gummies help that), maybe I did something right yesterday, I am not entirely sure. But I certainly woke up today in much less #sadness and woefulness than before. Forever I'll be the #Emotional #CloudOps engineer. I cant be the only one right?

one of our IT engineers does an amazing job of putting all of his shit on #secops & #cloudops and doing actually no work......#smh.
