Ich hab zufällig eine leckere Sriracha-Soße gemacht. Nur halt in scharf. Und jetzt finde ich meine Notizen nicht mehr um das reproduzieren zu können... 😒 Dietrich Drahtlos würde sagen: "Das Chaos im Labor beugt der Serienreife vor." Neulich hab ich auch eine TABASCO® Habanero Pepper Sauce probiert. Die schmeckt eigentlich wie meine fermentierte Habanero-Soße. Nur, dass meine Soße nicht so flüssig aber dafür wesentlich schärfer ist. Mag meine Soße lieber 😉 #chili

So ihr #Chili-Profis, was hab ich denn hier wohl erwischt? Kommt vermutlich aus irgendner 2ndHand-Samensammlung... Die Blüten sind relativ klein, ähnlich wie beim Reaper oder Habanero... #garten

Been to the plot earlier, too hot to do anything other than water the crops and sit under the plum tree. Stuff is growing OK: broad beans already harvested and donated to the food bank, strawberries well gone down my gullet - had a week of top posh breakfast, strawbs in buffalo milk yogurt.... Onions arising, tomatoes flowering, pinto beans trying the escape the greenhouse through gaps in the roof, carrots also coming up nicely though last year's have flowered so let them be for insects. Grapes and olives also showing up nicely, dunno if the olives will ripen, grapes yes, they will, not enough to make wine but am sure I'll have some decent breakfast, sometime in October. Am preparing some home made pesto using basil and garlic from the plot, olive oil, a quarter bag of almonds, pinch of salt, splash of chili sauce, no cheese. #allotment #gardening #garlic #basil #oliveoil #salt #chili #onions #tomatoes #smartphone #photography

While I wasn't paying attention, my chilli plants are doing odd things! 🌶️ One fruit is green and finger-sized, but all the others are tiny and black. Any idea why they're growing so differently? I got these seeds in a swap from a friend in Germany.
