When you have #memoryimpairment you never really know WHEN you are. You can get clues fro reality, but it's a CONSTANT fight not to call someone back from a discussion in 2015, day dream about revenge on a school bully, or relive a time when my body was much more capable. I try to hack it, but it's so subjective.
The only thing I have found that works reliably is #meditation. Without the need to recognize, match, recall, remember, imagine, regret, etc.. the mind is pretty peaceful. 🧠
