Nooruddin Azizi, Minister of Industry and Commerce of Afghanistan, held a meeting with Jamshid Khajayev, Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, during his visit to Uzbekistan. The two sides discussed facilitating trade, transit, and export operations from Afghanistan to Uzbekistan. Talks also covered organizing visits by Uzbek provincial governors to Afghanistan according to a defined schedule, as well as establishing an export center for Afghanistan’s products in Balkh province and outlining its operational mechanism.
