In this variation, one of the hands is human and drawing the other, whereas the other hand is robotic and holding the other end of the pencil to erase the human hand.

Cornell rapist Johnathan Newell now attends my child's small private college (it's in his home town). The rest of students in the school doxxed his home address and started group chats to notify each other every time he is spotted on campus. I hear he is being harassed on the daily. He won't last much longer there. May he and every other person in that group chat never know another moment of peace.

I was stunned by the simple eloquence of that word-stunned for two reasons: first, because I have been given so much in my own life and, second, because Joseph Heller couldn't have been more accurate. The machine is resting outdoors, on leveled ground, apparently awaiting installation.
