Architecture is never just technical.

Still feels surreal that I delivered the opening keynote at Domain-Driven Design Europe 2023, "Systems thinking in large-scale modeling". It was both exciting and vulnerable to share episodes from a sociotechnical reality, where the deeply systemic and deeply personal are often one and the same thing. A big thank-you to @mathiasverraes@mastodon.social and Aardling for allowing me the stage to whisper a subtle systems thinking message to a largely tech audience seeking leading-edge tech inspiration.
