In 2024 TOPLAP Düsseldorf explores the potential of collaboration. What happens, when artists from different backgrounds and genres meet? Playing with their concepts and finding new perspectives on their work. What happens when collaborative creative coding turns into lasting artistic duos?
Experimentation, experience and improvisation are the starting points of this concert series, in which four duos present their ideas of artistic collaboration - two of which meet here for the first time.

Hello, world!
This is the fediverse frontend for Düsseldorf's TOPLAP community,
an collective of people who explore live coding in and around Rheinland, Germany and associated friends.
So far we haven't had any regular events, but we would like to start monthly or bi-monthly meetups soon and stabilize our activities. We will announce everything else here.
We are also planning a series of concerts on the topic of collaborations/duos at four different venues in Düsseldorf in autumn 2024. In addition, many of us are active as lecturers at schools and universities on the subject of music informatics, live coding and related topics.

Just be aware that the language there fluctuates between German and English and our participants are not so numerous, so it can happen that the flow of communication is not so continuous.
