@tomas@mastodon.gamedev.place Oh I see ! Maybe you can use a 2d path and then do an algorithm to choose the right sprite (maybe you have 8 directions). Include the type of track the train is on (straight line, curve...), if needed if the train go forward or backward. If your camera can rotate on 45 degres steps, you can increase or decrease the index of the sprite returned, or include it in your parameter. Do calculations without 2d path is really hard.
