it’s actually not “good“ for most of us to spend significant portions of every day watching tv, reels, or scrolling social media.
that we do it anyway (myself included) isn’t evidence that there is no problem
and the more you do math or code by hand or in your head, the sturdier your foundations 🤷♀️
