Canada is absolutely a sitting duck in a world where institutions don’t matter and military power is the only leverage a nation has.
Canada is the manifestation of Bretton Woods in a country.
If America were going to go around using its military power to be a benevolent force for good they would start with MBS in Saudi Arabia.
