Every time the #NYTGames app has a sale on, I consider it but then end up trying to work out how on earth they consider the 12 months up front option the "best offer".
Then I wonder if they can't do simple maths then should I really trust their reporting?
I could ask them but I figure a PassAg toot is a better use of my time. If anyone has any contacts at the New York Times feel free to ping them at this.

@c_dan4th I think technically 1, about 30 years ago at a computer fair.
The one other mutual I thought I had appears to be on a now dead instance (mastodonapp.uk) and I guess never migrated.
Most other people I knew personally from Twitter fled to Bluesky instead.
Edit: it appears mastodonapp.uk isn't dead, but I was definitely having issues connecting earlier and the status page suggests it's not complete healthy right now.

@kytta I once spent a while correcting the location and other details of a hall I was stood in at the time.
They were accepted but the next time I was there I noticed it had reverted to the incorrect location and details.
Now I'm wondering if it's correct in OSM or if I need to correct it there first!

Do you have any feel for how many such mirror accounts there might be? I think that sort of discovery can be hard on the Fediverse but can you tell from the web server logs?

@m@lgbtqia.space Kind of hard to decide how to vote, I can't remember the last time I used an RSS reader directly but I run several bots turning RSS feeds into fediverse posts. Plus I have a dashboard at work which pulls from a specific file RSS feed too.
So I voted daily but pedanticly also never.
