@randahl@mastodon.social there are a number of places, the best way to find out is actually see where minorities are currently using for social media.
There was a push to move the BLM twitter movement to mastodon when Elon bought it out, but it didn't take. There was a lot of racist abuse sent, and at the time (and my understanding is it is still the case) the anti abuse features weren't up to the standard needed.
A lot of folk just left at that stage, to places like bluesky for example.
