@pathunstrom the combination of grid layouts, flexbox layouts, and box-sizing: border-box still feels like a properly revolutionary improvement in web design, despite all of them being rather well-established at this point.
things i would have refused to try a decade ago because they were so difficult can be done in like a half hour with that combination. it's wild.

but i really dislike the unordered mixing of DMs + private groups + public groups.
i've had that design bite me in the ass one too many times.

Gajim is exactly what i want from a chat client in every way except voice calls don't work.
Psi+ is exactly everything i dislike in a chat client except voice calls work.
