Generally the "network" is just in one small part of town along 3 roads, without concept of going from or to anywhere, not on the main roads of the quarter, but still with a good amount of through traffic from cars.

And if you arrive by bike on the road from a neighbouring block, you have to use the road parallel to the bike lane for one block to switch lane at the next roundabout (I guess you'd seriously block any traffic by doing so, because you're essentially leaving the roundabout with the cars, crossing the bike lane, making a 90°turn on the bike lane, suddenly switch - for incoming cars - from passing+oncoming to crossing with priority appearing out of nowhere).

Explored some bike lanes in a neighbouring town.
They exist.
They even bring you within 20m of the bike parking stands of the swimming pool. … You have to continue for another 100m to the nearest crossing to get off the bike lane and onto the side walk and then go (I guess legally walk) back because there are bushes between the bike lane and the parking.
Also generally the lanes just start and end on sidewalks … 1/

Today's LLM credits all wasted. But maybe I figured out how to use LLMs in a way to be more productive. As nerds we like correcting people. Today I actually thought "adding these things to the API, is boring, let $LLM do that". It was a complete failure, but I didn't have to stare at a blank file and write from scratch. I could hit "abort", roll my eyes, and fix the type constraints, the control flow, the return type, the argument types, … the entire logic

Random thought:
Line break decisions in auto formatters shouldn't consider indentation in the line length count.
I don't like how adding / removing an if causes lines to wrap/join. Especially when rebasing and I have to resolve conflicts just because an editted line moved into an if block.
and / map / and_then / or_else … anything taking a lambda as argument, same problem.

I'd be more willing to accept smart-phone only restaurant menus if revointouch.works didn't have a quasi monopoly and was so utter garbage.
And maybe places with neither cell phone reception nor WiFi shouldn't use it as single option.
