@cwebber I get the cringe - but I found building side projects with Ruby on Rails, and Claude Code, significantly more effective than say Node and React. Terse framework, didn’t need to duplicate validations in client and server. And there is a lot of RoR code out there if a very similar shape. It was certainly an interesting experiment when I was trying to understand strengths and weaknesses of Claude code.

How did I not know about #11ty —incremental until today? Just removed 8min from my build by tweaking some build caching and incremental updates.
