We had a Prav mini meetup in #Delhi yesterday featuring @badrihippo@fosstodon.org, @ravi@toot.io, @kishy@merveilles.town, and @disaster2life@pleroma.debian.social
We worked on getting Prav's financial records organised in a single place, so we can refer to it easily. This will make work easier for the Treasury Team and also enable greater transparency in our reporting
Our original meeting place, Chaayos in Connaught Place, turned out to be too crowded. We instead sat at Andhra Canteen for a couple of hours to kick off the session
After an ice cream break, we went to Café Coffee Day but they were not welcoming and wanted us to order more just for the privilege of sitting down. So we left the place and wrapped up at the bench outside in the infamous Delhi heat
Note to self: bring fully charged laptops next time!

If you would like to install, here are the steps:
- Set up Sidestore at sidestore.io
- Add prav.app/SidestoreiOS.json as a source.
- Find Prav in SideStore and install it.

The recent SIM binding order by the Indian government is a disproportionate move for its goals. It will erode user privacy, making sharing smartphones impractical, and impact multi-device use, among other things.
As we are based in #India, we will have to abide by the laws and therefore, need to implement it. That said, we don't agree with the order and are preparing to challenge it in Kerala High Court. Learn more by reading our post

Good news! Prav iOS made progress. Our tests with the (unpublished) Prav iOS app are going well. Here's a screenshot:
For more details, please check this page. The code is available on codeberg. We are working on making the release on the iOS App Store as soon as possible.
Prav iOS is a fork of #Quicksy, and we highly appreciate work by @daniel@gultsch.social and Thilo (developer of @Monal@fosstodon.org), which made it possible. Thanks a lot @vaidik_@mastodon.social for working on Prav iOS.
