@hopeless dude, you're missing my point. What are LLMs trained on? FOSS among everything else. That FOSS was written by people who knew how to write software, and who decided to then share. Can LLMs be sustained without the thankless free labor of FOSS maintainers is the thing I am asking.

I fear an LLM centipede is our future, with young people focusing on prompting instead of learning and practicing.

Additionally, if I can solve my issue in a weekend with $500, why share?
