@a am no expert but perhaps osx has something similar to iOS > Apple’s shortcuts app. Open Shortcuts, automation tab, ‘when a message comes in’, sender: any, contains: ???? Not sure ????, Run: immediately. Then click Action (new), app: mail, send email, etc?
