As one who programs I view using those tools *
as sort of a singularity that I am choosing to not pass.
Like I wonder if there were a tension between monks
that would transcribe books (with the pretty pictures)
and printmakers.
The thing I can't help but think of is that in later cycles
the craftsperson that uses the "hand tools" so to speak
is seen as the expert. Like this will come around again
and their will be a distinction between tool users and
tool makers. So I am choosing to not be a tool user
right now. Also I have used them a lot and I don't feel
like there is some skill I am missing out on. On the contrary
my whole point is that I think after crossing that singularity
there is a perspective that one forever loses.

I feel like I kinda do this.
I stopped masking my open feelings of being
overwhelmed and agitated.
