We finally got ourselves a family doctor after 4+ years on a waiting list (Nova Scotia, Canada). Feels nice to have something other than the emergency room to fall back upon.

Spending the evening addressing holiday cards to members of my regional online writing group, drinking a smooth tasting beer and watching a British mystery. Life doesn't get much better than this.

My FB memories just showed me that I "won" #nanowrimo for the first time in 2017, and that novel (with a title change), was just published earlier this month.
Quite a journey for a guy who specialized in short stories.
