I am frustrated by the fact that Claude is actually decent at programming. I still think it’s not worth the costs wholly, because it’s still prone to mistakes and its code is awful.
My manager at work and I were talking about this and I mentioned that my attitude is that it can do about 80% of a given task. I basically feel like Claude and other AI LLM things can do, at best, around 80% of a given task.
My manager asked “What if 80% is enough?”

I'm not really seeing many people in my social circle caring much about Artemis II. It's interesting and strange. But I feel it myself. With the world being on fire, the USA turning into a wanna-be fourth reich, and everything else horrible... It's just hard to care about burning shit tons of fuel to send 4 folks around the moon in preparation for a USA centric moon base.
I had my first car v bike harasser today. He didn’t like that I was in his lane trying to make a left turn. There’s two intersections where I have to do this on a main road and I hate it every time.

It’s so fucked up to me that we are out here fighting a war to get more control over oil so we can have worse cars that make downtowns worse and poison our communities.
This is so messed up that we work so hard and cause so much harm for something that is basically a societal addiction that mostly harms the humans in that society.
While in Canada I did some research about what Canadians are actually concerned about regarding the USA somehow annexing Canada. And while doing that, I learned about how the USA annexed Mexico.
And suddenly… I’m so much more angry about every aspect of the anti Mexican shit that’s been going on.
Like did you know that the USA bought more than half of Mexico in the mid 1800s for the modern equivalent of $600M？
And they did that because the USA had invaded Mexico?
