I want a checkbox in browser settings to stop downloading content when a certain amount of data has been downloaded from a website. I just clicked a link in a navigation of a website and landed on a page preloading and autoplaying 20 videos. 88MB of data. Instantly. GRML HMPF 💀

It sure didn’t help with my anxiety about dentists 😂 which I developed when I was six and a dentist broke one of my teeth accidentally. 👍 It doesn’t get better from here. Sorry 😂 I could go on about an Orthopedist, who told me to do X which resulted in me having a stiff right knee and having to learn to walk again and bend my knee again. It’s fine now btw. 😅 that was in 2019

Either they realized that my opinion changed and their comments were „too late“ and then they stopped or didn’t bother reading on after reacting on the first few… so. I don’t know 😅

@meltedcheese@c.im @Alice@beige.party I’ve had too many unnecessary discussions about stupid things where opinion stood vs opinion and while I brought facts the other side brought “I watched a video on YouTube” or something along those lines (I guess you know what I mean) and sometimes even less than that. So if I got an opinion without facts to back it up, I’ll go and look them up. Being able to say “I was wrong” somehow became a superpower lately 🙄

@meltedcheese@c.im @Alice@beige.party my doctor told me that the longer you wear that mask the harder it becomes for your body‘s immune system to fight off bacteria and viruses which is its job. when you’re sick: wear a mask When you’re not sick: don’t wear a mask because it weakens the defense systems of your own body. It makes sense and I experienced it first hand after taking ‚er off after the long 2020 summer. Instant cold. If your auto-immune system isn’t working properly ignore me! ❤️

He can do it.“ Honestly though: devs who retain their ability to write code without ai will be the ones companies will search for. You may quote me on this when the whole ai slop/hallucination/accidents ship has sunken.
