Because putting ID inside every website is like saying: NO, don’t go talk to whoever give that child the keys to drive (parents), go to the car dealership and blame them for not putting a sort of verification in the car.. dude WTH? Checking everyone’s ID while parents give kids their phone to use social media.. come on! Don’t ignore the facts

Now, what do you do? you take that kid away from the car, and then go to his parents, right? Good, if you answered like that, you’ve just proven to yourself that ID verification is not the solution.
