But yes, I did use OpenOffice, the predecessor of LibreOffice.

On the Mac I found it under Word/Excel/Etc > Preferences > Privacy, and near the bottom was the checkbox for "Turn on optional connected experiences" which of course was on by default.

"Cis is a officially a slur and we will ban accounts which use it," became the catalyst for me to completely delete my inactive Twitter account for good.
It's absolutely shocking to think that they went that far. How is anybody still there?

@Daojoan When I started using Mastodon during the Twitter exodus when Musk first took over, I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent engagement! I felt like I was back in the early Twitter days when I couldn't even keep up with the conversations on my Blackberry. I had been mostly inactive on Twitter for a decade.

Note though that billionaires do not actually have taxable income. Income tax is for workers. The average billionaire pays $0/a. 8.2% or 13% (or 25-33% in Canada) makes no difference, as any percentage of $0 is still $0.
We need a wealth tax, not income tax.

@lexi @esqueer@mastodon.social Now in the new Twitter 2.0, I literally do not feel safe to post on Twitter anymore. My account is still there but seeing all the hate and vitriol, I will not open my mouth because I've been there far too many times. I only lurk there, then bring discussions here where there is actual free-speech, because my voice is not being suppressed by bigots.

We call minority groups "minorities" despite them representing the demographic majority; because they are a social minority and their voice is suppressed by small, elite groups of people who hold the majority of social power and influence.
When enabled by the likes of Elon Musk, you can see how they maintain their superiority, through violence, threats, harassment, and hate.
