There is no official multi account support in Element desktop app, but here someone has found a trick to somehow do it on Linux using profiles. I didn't try it myself but sounds interesting.

I implemented a helper tool (with the great help of AI due to the low connection speed to check docs here and there) and deployed it on a server. Lets see how it works in long run then, I will publish its source.

During the complete internet blackout in Iran, one of the most important things we missed was a way to receive news. The blockage still continues, it’s a little easier now to access the international internet, but it is still whitelisted.
