@andygrunwald@hachyderm.io Wait. Won't be published til June or July, but prerelease chapters will start dripping out soon, I think starting next week at kubecon? Whole thing will be available in prerelease sooner than that. And you can download v1 now from the honeycomb website for the price of your email address, anyway. 😉 and yes... it is ~80-90% rewritten, with 40-50% all new content, including a massive section on governance and tech leadership content that is currently killing me. but yes, wait.

@drmorr those other things -- diagrams, planning, design docs -- can be very useful too! but shipping is when you learn whether what you learned from them was right or not. And far better to learn, and validate; learn, validate; learn, validate; in tight, fast, happy loops along the way, than to discover some structural flaw on the other side of six months' labor.
