@roguecnidarian@meemu.org I think the answer to "where do I click and drag?" is either "you keep trying until you get it right" *or* "why would you do that with a window that's already full-screen?".
(Look at the average computer user. They might have a huge, high-resolution screen, and they tend to have only one window open, maximised. So naturally, by the laws of the almighty data, no one needs to be able to drag windows around.)
