Just in case you haven't figured it out yet, we've already pivoted past the AI hype bubble. The new one is surveillance, but that's not sexy to talk about, so they'll keep distracting you with AI.

The "nice" thing about surveillance tech is that you can get your money directly from the government. No need to appeal to consumers for their $$$ anymore.

The next hype thing in the media will continue to be a cover for surveillance.

Employees were called into an all-staff town hall yesterday, where they learned that 1371 jobs would be affected by employment transition measures, and 587 would be cut altogether as part of the Carney government’s austerity measures.
