@jk You're discounting implementation approach entirely. Huge difference between 'bolted on Copilot' vs 'built tooling to automate boilerplate/migrations so we focus on interesting problems'. The sawdust analogy only works if you assume all AI use is lazy substitution. Thoughtful teams use it for tedious grunt work they don't enjoy—that's better tooling, not replacing craft.
