This scaffolding wood bench is a nice example of re-use. Friends of mine had these pieces of wool laying unused and asked me if I could do anything with them. Taking into account the size and the tools I had available a garden bench seemed the perfect solution. The connection between the legs and seat is a box joint, where the teeth are as wide as boards are thick. For extra stability I added a ledger, fixed with a through mortise and tenon. #reuse #upcycling #woodworking #gardenbench
