How do people manage to post across so many platforms on a daily basis?? Is there a tweetdeck for multiple platforms if you want to post differently across them from a more unified interface and look at their distinct feeds? What do people use to make identical posts across the platforms? (Forgive me I am not a regular social media poster, I am but a simple student of the digital public life)
