As a wannabe urban farmer, I do have know and have visited several urban farms. One is near Tooting common in a back garden

At the moment I have been drinking blood, mostly my own. Nose bleeds returned. So have tissue up my nose and occasionally sniff and swallow... blood.

I did have vege burgers for lunch so probably a balanced if gross diet
