I think it's kind of ironic to have the #1 UX badge right there next to text that uses the universally recognized colour for indicating links for things that are not links.

I am begging people to stop reposting that thing about Mark Carney's "brilliant move" of coordinating a global sell-off of American bonds.

I'm now seeing screenshots of facebook posts of tweets of imaginary sources from VoteReggie.ca (which has absolutely nothing on it about this)

Know that the source of all this is a completely fabricated article from Dean Blundell based on nothing but "vibes". Is it possible that something happened? Yes. But there's zero evidence whatsoever that Carney coordinated anything like this.

Idolizing a political figure based on nonsense is not any better because you're doing it from the left. Verify things before you spread them.

Spotify nonsense

Has anybody ever encountered this before?

I knew I had this song in Liked Songs but it showed up in a playlist without the marker so I added it again. Now I somehow have it twice.
This isn't another version of the song, there's only one on Spotify. What is going on.

Quick calculations say that the "Working Canadians Rebate" and GST vacation will cost something like 8 billion dollars.

So many recipients do not need this money (like us) and it would be so much better spent on building government-run rental buildings. You can build a pretty decent amount of housing for 8 billion.

This government is flailing on its way down and out.
