For the people wondering where to start, a question that came up during the workshop, you can replace cloud image storage with #immich and you can start as simple as you want, and expand it into a more cloud-like service as you start your homelab journey. As for hardware, so many of us have older PCs we can use, almost any PC made in the last 10-12 years will be fine for a first step
