For fun, I dink around automating stuff with Linux and Perl and Bash, messing about with old tech and emulators, converting video formats, etc.
For money, I do aviation and maritime internet systems stuff for I̶n̶m̶a̶r̶s̶a̶t̶ Viasat. I worked for a long time at RealNetworks doing mostly streaming media and transcoding testing. Before that, digital prepress software support and testing for Imation/Luminous/Adobe.

@jbz@indieweb.social I've been trying BamBuddy to set up a 'spooler' queue for LAN-mode access to my P1S. Annoyingly I found that in the latest Linux Bambu slicer update, I had to implement a LD_LIBRARY_PRELOAD to override the cert-checking the application does. Annoying!
