@Patricia@social.vivaldi.net that made me think - I know even with the in-house systems I am responsible for I have times when I think badly about users, and the thought I get following your post is that often that is because the work to make things truly usable by people who don't see technology like I do, and probably don't really care as they just need to get THEIR job done, feels like an overload - and overload when it becomes chronic is obviously a factor in burnout.
